"We love this office! Lillian and Rosie have handled all our insurance needs through most major life events, moving in together (Renters insurance), our first home purchase (Home owners insurance), getting married (life insurance and an umbrella policy), and our excessive amount of cars for 2 people, and one of us (Hi, its me) who gets a new car about every 2 years. Everyone at the office has been easy to work with and helpful, but we mostly deal with Rosie. Let me tell you, she is actually 100/5. She is smart, helpful, kind, and funny. It really says something about your agent when you have had to reach out to them in some of the hardest moments (Car accident, home issues) and you still genuinely enjoy engaging with them. Even when we moved into a new home and State Farm (NOT this office) wouldn't write us a new policy it was never a question to keep all our other policies with them. Rosie truly feels like a friend, who also happens to always take great care of us when we need it. Hopefully one day we will be able to move all our polices back to this office because they are a special group."
